Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: GloriousBattery at 5.0 against Battery Watcher's 4.5. GloriousBattery also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 18.6). Battery Watcher's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (338 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
