Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Battery Watcher at 4.5 against Quick's 3.0. Battery Watcher also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (339 vs 2). Quick's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Battery Watcher sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Quick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Battery Watcher holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Battery Watcher has 339 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Battery Watcher's written reviews are positive against 100% of Quick's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Battery Watcher ships an update fortnightly, Quick every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
