My Compass XL
Read full descriptionHide full description
Compass XL is a tool to search bearings (azimuth) using the device built-in magnetic sensors and the device GPS. You can also easy switch from true North and magnetic North. The compass accuracy depends on the performance of your device. If it works perfectly, this means your sensors are perfect, too. If it is inaccurate, please check that you aren't being affected by a magnetic field and the sensors become weakened by age.

Triangle Solver! FEATURES INCLUDE - Presents the formulae it uses - Accepts angles in degrees OR radians - Reports answers to many decimal places - BIG TEXT To toggle between degrees and radians simply tap the blue angle unit symbol. Given three measures of sides or angles of a triangle (including at least one side) this app can find and report the rest. This app "solves" triangles. This app's most special feature is that it reports the formulae it uses so you can learn how to solve triangles yourself. The number of decimal places is determined by the width of your screen. If it's too few, turn your device horizontal! Each side is across from the angle of the same letter. Sides are lowercase, angles are uppercase and denoted with the angle symbol (∠). This app may be good for engineers or Trigonometry students.
