Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Yaplakal.com at none against AdMe's 3. Yaplakal.com also leads on ads (none vs shown). AdMe's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (58% vs 43%). On price, rating, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AdMe sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Yaplakal.com asks for nothing beyond the download.
Yaplakal.com holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 93 and 130 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of AdMe's written reviews are positive against 43% of Yaplakal.com's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AdMe ships an update every 11 days, Yaplakal.com every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
