Designed for electricians, installers, designers and surveyors, it saves you time and helps you avoid mistakes: from cable sizing to short circuit. COMPLIANT WITH STANDARDS Reliable results aligned with the main standards: IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), CEI (Italian Electrotechnical Committee), NEC (National Electrical Code), CEC (Canadian Electrical Code). WHY CHOOSE IT SAVE TIME: the calculations you'd do by hand, instantly available here. AVOID ERRORS: verified formulas and up-to-date regulatory parameters. PROFESSIONAL REPORTS: PDF reports ready for printing and archiving. ALWAYS WITH YOU: over 200 tools including calculations, converters, tables and pinouts. THE MOST USED CALCULATIONS Cable sizing and coordination with the protective device, voltage drop, operating current, current intensity, voltage and power (active, reactive, apparent). Power factor and power factor correction. Current capacity of conductors and busbars, sizing of conduits and trunking, maximum cable length. SHORT CIRCUIT AND PROTECTION Short-circuit current at a point on the line, earthing system and coordination with the residual current device, cable protection against short circuit (K²S²), power loss, cable temperature, neutral current. ELECTRIC MOTOR Motor current, power, voltage, efficiency and power factor, slip, speed, maximum torque and full-load current. Three-phase motor connection diagrams, terminal markings. Three-phase to single-phase. ELECTRONICS Color and alphanumeric codes for resistors, capacitors and inductors, SMD code, LED resistor, voltage and current divider, Zener diode, battery life, resonant frequency, fuses and transformers. CONVERSIONS Delta-star, AWG, SWG, cross-section, length, energy, temperature, pressure, Ah/kWh, var/µF, Gauss/Tesla, RPM and many more. RESOURCES AND TABLES Tripping curves, cable reactance and resistivity, cable dimensions and weight, distribution systems (TT, TN, IT), IP/IK/NEMA protection ratings, ATEX marking, insulation classes, electrical symbols, ANSI device codes, plugs and sockets, IEC 60309, NEMA and EV charging connectors, SI prefixes and units of measurement, thermistors and thermocouples.
