About

Zero Excuses

Features

No Excuses is a rehabilitation protocol manager for people who have a plan but struggle to stick to it. Build a protocol once — name it, set your target sessions, schedule your frequency — and the app keeps you on track without guilt. No streaks, no missed-session counters. Just your progress and your next session. HOW IT WORKS • Create a plan with a name, target session count, and weekly frequency goal • Schedule your sessions up front so dates are committed, not vague • Follow the guided session flow: exercise by exercise, set by set, with built-in rest timers • Log sessions in seconds — the app records time and date automatically • When you hit your target, the plan is done. Start a new one. DESIGNED FOR CONSISTENCY, NOT PERFECTION Coming back after a gap? The app shows you where you are and what's next — not how long you've been away. Progress is cumulative. Every session counts. TRACK WHAT MATTERS • See sessions completed vs. target at a glance • Weekly pacing shows how you're tracking against your frequency goal • Full session history per plan, with date and duration • Completed plans move to History so the record stays BUILT FOR REHAB, WORKS FOR ANY PROTOCOL Physical therapy, strength training, mobility work, return-to-sport protocols — anything with a defined exercise list and a session target.
