Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HiVivo Lite at 5.0 against myRunstreak's 2.5. HiVivo Lite also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). myRunstreak's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and review sentiment (33% vs 21%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
HiVivo Lite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of HiVivo Lite's written reviews are positive against 33% of myRunstreak's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
HiVivo Lite ships an update fortnightly, myRunstreak every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
