Verdict
The clearest difference is price: OmniAlert at Free against Aerlink's $1.99. OmniAlert also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.2) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 16 months). Aerlink's advantage is ratings volume (66 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
