First 5 vs Nestimates

Transform your time with God using the First 5 app, developed by Proverbs 31 Ministries. First 5 is specifically designed to greet you with a short teaching in God’s Word daily before you get distracted by social media and everything else competing for your attention. It’s our hope you create a daily habit of reading God’s Word through your time spent in the First 5 app. Features • New Teaching Every Day: We unpack books of the Bible, focusing on passages of Scripture each day and seeing how they apply to our lives. • Highlight, Save and Share: You can highlight any portion of our daily teachings to bookmark, share or add a personal note. Review your notes and activity through your profile and use the export feature to save them to your device. • Reminder Functionality: Set up a reminder in the app to go off at any time you choose. This way, you can read each teaching at a time that works best in your schedule. • Bible: Don't have your Bible handy? Use this feature for your daily Bible reading. You can search any passage of Scripture and even bookmark, highlight and create a graphic to share with a friend. * Community: Find community among our First 5 friends in private and public groups.

Other platforms hand you a list of contractors to call. Nestimates gives you real bids to compare. Describe what needs work in your own words, show us the project in about a minute, and licensed Arizona contractors send you complete bids for the same job. You compare them side by side and choose. Your name, phone number, and address stay private until you do. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell us what needs work Type it the way you'd say it out loud. We work out the trade and the questions that matter. 2. Show us the project A guided walkthrough takes four quick views on your phone, or upload photos you already have. Contractors price what they can see instead of guessing, which is what makes bids comparable. 3. Answer only what changes the price A handful of questions, each one explaining why it matters. Anything you leave open becomes a stated assumption that every contractor bids the same way. 4. Compare real bids Not a list of names to chase. Complete bids in the same format, lined up next to each other. 5. Choose, then share Contractors receive your contact details only after you pick one. WHY HOMEOWNERS USE NESTIMATES • Licensed and insured contractors only, verified against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors • Your contact information is never handed out for you to be called • Bids are based on the project, not on your address • Free for homeowners, with no obligation • Milestone payments held securely, so money moves as the work does • Track the job from posted through completion in one place FOR CONTRACTORS Set up your business once, get matched to jobs in the areas you serve, and send estimates on projects you can actually see. Payouts run through Stripe. Nestimates currently serves homeowners and contractors across Arizona.
