This app is designed for people with dysphagia. The aim is to present exercises that may improve functions related to eating and drinking. Your dysphagia therapist may assist in composing an individual training program. You can choose exercises aimed at the problem you are experiencing and register the number of repetitions to be performed. It is generally suitable to do exercises 3 times a day. The number of repetitions must be adjusted to your ability. This means, that you can get slightly tired in your muscles after training, but you must not feel exhausted or be in pain. Within a few days, you will be able to increase the number of repetitions. In the app you can choose “Reminders” and select how often you want reminders to do the exercises. When you press play, the camera on your mobile or tablet is activated and you can watch yourself performing the exercise. Be aware that you perform the exercises as shown in the videos. Region North Jutland disclaim responsibility for the exercises and their performance.
