Peptide Journal is a personal tracking notebook for recording peptide doses and managing your own schedule. Keep the amount, date, and time of each entry together, then review your history whenever you need it. YOUR RECORD, AT A GLANCE - See your upcoming doses in Today, organized by day, along with overdue ones - Log the amount and time you actually record - Review Taken and Skipped entries in a chronological journal - Track more than one peptide - Reschedule, pause, resume, or archive a tracker - Keep using your journal offline on iPhone and iPad REMINDERS AND SUPPLIES - Reminders per tracker: every day, certain days of the week or every N days, with several times a day - Mark a dose as done right from the notification - Remaining stock and an alert before a vial runs out - Home Screen and Lock Screen widget HISTORY IMPORT Paste your notes, add a notebook photo or a file. The app suggests the entries it finds and asks a question when something is unclear; nothing is saved until you confirm. Analysis uses an external AI service, only after your explicit consent. DISCREET MODE Neutral icon, notifications and widget without product names, nicknames and a Face ID lock. DOSE CHARTS See recorded amounts over 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, with four key figures: last dose, estimated level, monthly total and spacing between doses. When a suitable published half-life is available, a separate curve estimates the amount remaining from logged doses. The estimate assumes immediate absorption and is not a blood measurement or a dosing guide. Sources and limits are shown in the app. STUDY-BASED INFORMATION Research Defaults are informational references that you can review and edit. Compounds without an established research default require your own tracking values. Your next entry follows your selected interval and recorded history, not a half-life estimate. Peptide Journal does not provide medical advice, prescribe doses, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment. For informational purposes only. Consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION Peptide Journal requires a monthly Premium subscription. Eligible accounts get a 14-day free trial. Price, billing period and any free trial are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage it in your Apple Account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Xhale at none against Peptide Journal's 1. Xhale also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Peptide Journal's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
