Room to Improve
- 🚫 Drivers are never available, have ridiculous wait times, or do not arrive to the correct location
- 🚫 Vehicles are often not clean, and is generally a bad experience
- 🚫 Drivers tend to make stops at random locations, wait for 10-20 minutes before resuming driving, highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating
- 🚫 Drivers go to the wrong pickup spot and leave without waiting the full 5 minutes, leaving young girls stranded
- 🚫 Notifications are undeletable, drivers are distracted from actual driving
- 🚫 Need to book rides 1.5 hrs in advance, rides are never available, drivers make random stops throwing off ETA by up to 30 minutes
- 🚫 Drivers do not try to get you to your destination on time, not considerate of deadlines
- 🚫 Pickup location is often inaccurate, drivers go to the wrong spot and leave
- 🚫 Unreliable, drivers frequently show up to the wrong location and it takes 30-45 minutes to get a ride
