It's Neurodiversity Week Special Event – Hosted by Self

In celebration of Neurodiversity Week, the Evolve: Self-Care & Meditation app is hosting a special event to promote mindfulness and well-being for individuals with neurodiverse traits. From March 17th to March 26th, users can access a range of fresh, curated self-care routines tailored specifically for neurodiversity. The event includes focus exercises designed for those with ADHD, as well as a social interaction guide for individuals on the autism spectrum. With its daily self-care partner feature, Evolve offers a unique opportunity for users to prioritize their mental health and embrace their individual strengths during Neurodiversity Week.
