I had an issue, the number wasn’t working properly, couldn’t send messages, after email then in the customer service department, got my issue resolved by a representative.

Useless alternative to Skype
Run from this company if you’re looking for a Skype replacement. The app works about as well as their customer service number that’s no longer in service.

App has issues
Used to be efficient and quick now slow and unstable. Tapping on tabs has significant delay. There is no way to retain old SMS messages if you do an app reset. These problems started a few months ago and do not seem to be on the developers radar. Please do better.

Poor implementation
The app is very slow to respond and sluggish (have iPhone 11). I’ve deleted and reinstalled but nothing helps. No time stamp on SMS. Such a basic feature - where is it? Scrolling “recents” and “SMS” is too slow and jerky. Please fix.

With their app I am able to call my country (Israel) and also send and receive text messages (SMS) and view my account with them (to add credit, chance credit card and so on) I use the app all the time it’s easy to use 🙌🏻🙌🏻
