Charged 367 kr for a 5-10 min trip. Serious ripoff.
Buggy
Doesn’t allow adding a phone number. In my case, it’s a +44 uk number.
Can’t add phone number
It is not allowing me to add British phone number so I can complete my registration.
Use only as a last resort
I pre-booked a Taxi to pick me up from the Bergen airport. My flight landed at midnight and I input my flight information as requested in the booking form. I received automatic updates telling me the pickup time was being adjusted in real time as the actually landing time differed.
However when I landed there was no car. I asked about 5 different 07000 drivers for help. They were unable to
Help. I was also unable to reach anyone at 07000.
Then a 07000 driver let me in to their car. I had showed them my booking in the app and told them my name. About 5 or 10 minutes into the journey they realized that I was not their rider.
All around a bad app and bad execution of the service.
Would use only as an absolute last resort.

Worthless- get Uber in Bergen
Downloaded the app to have a taxi pick us up when our cruise ship docked in Bergen. Got outside, and there was no car for us. Called them and found out our cabbie picked up someone else instead of us. App has no way to track where cabs are , and for us it was a frustrating waste of time all around.
Simple and Functional
I did not receive any confirmation on my trip via SMS. The app however saved my reservation which was easy for me to check and confirm in app. At the time of my reservation the app updated as waiting for car. When a car was found it game me an eta and number for the car with an option to call the driver. The car was a few minutes early. Will definitely use if I travel to Bergen again.

Doesn’t support international numbers
You can select pretty much every country in the world, but I dont believe it even attempts to send you an SMS verification code. I visit Norway often from the U.S. and would like to use this app, but even in 2023, this app can’t do it. Very disappointing 👎
No SMS code
Just downloaded the app in preparation for a trip. Put in the requested information but never received the one time SMS code.
Reservation date incorrect
I made a reservation on a Saturday for a Sunday morning 09:00 pick-up. Sunday morning I reviewed my reservation and it showed “tomorrow at 09:00” leading me to believe I had made a mistake and the taxi would arrive Monday. Had to call and confirm the reservation was correct for Sunday.

Needs ability to specify cars
The recent ability to select size of cars is too generic. I want to have the ability to avoid cheap cars. When I’m in a physical queue I always go to Mercedes cars and purposely avoid cheap Prius’ and similar crammed cars. I rather want to pay a small premium or wait for another car than to ride in a Prius. The same goes for the ability to select pure electric cars. I want the ability to “go green” and purposely not ride in diesel hybrids or whatever.
Please give us ability to avoid cars we don’t want to ride in!

Sends a login text to verify- then you can’t log in, fundamentally flawed
App does not work, no SMS ever received
This app does not send a SMS message to a US phone number even though it supports US phone numbers. Waited for a day and tried multiple times. I am on Verizon.
The taxi app in Canada was able to send me a SMS message successfully.
