Very Slow Support Response for Critical Verification Problem
I subscribed for the lifetime membership because I wanted to start investing through your platform. But I am stuck at the very first step due to a PAN verification error. The app keeps showing “Something went wrong. Please contact support.”
I raised a complaint, but the response has been extremely slow and not helpful. Because of this delay, I am unable to proceed with any investments even after paying for the subscription.
Please fix this issue at the earliest and provide a proper update. This experience is very disappointing for a paid user.

I have a membership and it is not updating! And it requires me to pay for membership again.. I think they need some good dev to deal this Application.
Scam alert, strict no
Attended boot camp as i follow sharan, while some parts were valuable what followed after was quite a scam. I live in uk so sales person called me to explain how 14 k membership will help i was happy to pay but then support member writes to me to say there will be additional cost as i need to change my phone number to uk one (which was discussed with sales person during sale) also no handholding or someone chasing for you to finish courses etc., quite disappointed, a strict no from me. Only person stressing in 1% club would be sharan and 1% club themselves 😊

I am a paid member of the 1% Club (joined on 24th August), and while I truly appreciate the quality of the program content, my overall experience with the app and support system has been disappointing.
Here are the key issues I’ve been facing:
1. App functionality – I am unable to access many live sessions under the Live section. I still receive notifications for upcoming sessions, but when I check the app, they do not appear. Despite raising this with support, no effective solution has been provided.
2. Mentorship – At the time of joining, we were assured of a dedicated mentor. In reality, the mentor acts more like a coordinator, simply posting daily tasks. Whenever we reach out for help, we are redirected to customer care instead of receiving guidance.
3. WhatsApp group engagement – Initially, there were regular updates until September 20th. Since then, the group has been silent. Additionally, whenever participants raise queries that the coordinator cannot answer, the group settings are changed to “admin-only,” limiting genuine engagement.
4. Customer support response – When I raise issues, I only receive basic troubleshooting advice (like “check the live section”), which does not address the actual problem.
Given the fee paid and the expectations set during enrollment (dedicated mentor, active live sessions, interactive groups), this experience has been far below standard. I kindly request urgent intervention to either deliver the promised value or provide a fair resolution.
