Top up not reflected
Good thing I topped up very small amount . That didn’t show on the balance immediately ! Imagine caught at the carpark with this rubbish !So this is def not a super app but a super dud. Nonsensical run around on this app. Naming it a super app is erroneous! If there’s a zero, I would have given it that rating

Useless for tourist
This app should bereported tk MCMC. Need IC just to regoster and rm10/year. Useless for tourist.
Cannot log in
After reinstall and install app , switch on and off phone, still cannot log in and kept getting this message “Unable to connect” “timeout”.

So you’re forcing a minimum RM10 top-up now? What about people who don’t even visit your mall five times a year—are they not worthy of stepping in? If we’re not 1U members, should we just take the hint and get out? Maybe just put up a sign at the entrance: “Non-members, please go to another mall.”

This app request permission to access to your Apple Music. I can’t see any reason for that.

Worthless. Need full detail database and not user friendly. I need to charge my car ffs. And the only way to activate the charger by using this worthless app
