Call Hangups
This is a great app but when I’m using the app and someone calls me on my phone and the call stops, the app hangs up on my caller.
Account
Incorrect password. Changes credentials. Incorrect password. Requests account again. Changes password. Incorrect credentials. Forgot password and change it again. Incorrect credentials. It would be a good app if it worked at all.
Limited number of calls
Til recently I’ve never had an issue, but today I received a notification that I’ve met a call cap. Other than that it’s a decent calling service for contacting cp’s
Crashes Phone
Tried using the App multiple times. App has a great purpose however something is wrong with the software. The app will crash my entire phone and make it restart. Tried the paid version and still have issues. I deleted and redownloaded multiple times. Still had issues . Don’t recommend.
Doesn’t accept all LE emails
Despite using my correct work email to sign up, the app believes the domain is misspelled and will not let me create an account. There is no option to troubleshoot that or send feedback.
Not working
For some reason it doesn’t recognize my work email as being a LEO email and won’t let me create an account.
Great app
Great application. To gain the two stars they need to allow phone recording for those that pay to use the service. At the time it’s only available if the entire agency signs up to use the app.
Great idea but…
This app was recommended to me by a buddy and I love the idea. Won’t let me create an account though. Any known glitches where it won’t send a confirmation link to your email?
App Support Doesn’t Exist, Can’t Verify Email
The program refuses to send the confirmation to my work email and I am unable to verify in any other manner. I emailed their support email found in other comments, but never received anything back. When you click on their app support link, it doesn’t work.
Issues signing up.
I’m having an issue with signing up. The app is stating my domain name doesn’t look right. Could someone get in contact with me to resolve this issue?

Spam
As soon as I installed this app, I started receiving none stop calls from spam. I don’t give out my number and the same day I installed this app I started receiving up to 15 calls a day from spam with different area codes and numbers on every call.
Best app for law-enforcement
This by far is the best app for law-enforcement, and the fact that it has the feature to tell people to call 911 if there’s an emergency when they’re trying to call you and send them to a voicemail is perfect
Caller ID names
I submitted a request for them to add Arson Investigator to the list of caller ID names and got a response back saying they would not be adding it. didn't even give me an explanation. Arson Investigators are licensed police officers who focus primarily on incendiary fires and rely heavily on witnesses so it's unfortunate they wouldn't add the title to the list of options.

This app is very useful for calling citizens and not exposing my personal name and number. Just upgraded to premium and am excited about its features.
Call Recording
Please make this available for individual officers/users. I would pay a subscription in order to have this option.
When it works, it works
A great app when it works. I have to force close the app after every phone call to make another one. Sometimes they connect with the intended person, but on my end it does not show connected. So I have to force close the app and try again, but they could hear me. Kind of aggravating. But it’s better than giving out my personal number and being harassed off the clock. So it is what it is.

It’s alright
I use this almost daily and sometimes my calls don’t go through and I hate when I hang up it’s still connected even though I hung up. They can hear if I say anything after. This needs to be fixed.
Works 60/40 of the time
The app works more than half the time but not by much. Then when you do get a call to go out, a third of them are just dropped. I’m not sure what is going on, I have full bars of service to boot.
Not as good as it used to be
This app used to work great. The last couple of weeks though it has become completely unusable. Calls rarely connect, and when they do there’s either no audio at all or about 2 seconds of audio and then it cuts off. Back to google voice I guess.
