Go with a different system
We’ve had nothing but problems with 10-21 video despite numerous phone calls and emails to tech support. Sadly, this product does not work as described. Extremely frustrating considering it costs in excess of $1000/year for the contract.
Needs work
I’ve tried using this app multiple times, not only can I not figure out where the videos go, but I’ve tried contacting the developer and they haven’t responded

I just wanted to you know watch some for free stuff but you have to be a real cop to do that and you need to please password so yeah

Wish it were an easier way to view other Officer love streams if you don’t know their broadcast number.
