About
One hundred foods. One bite at a time.
Guidance on starting solids tells you to offer variety and to introduce the common allergens early — then leaves you standing at the fridge at 7am with a hungry baby and no idea what to hand them.
100 Bites turns that into three suggestions each morning, and a record you can actually keep.
THREE IDEAS, EVERY MORNING
Open the app and Bibi has already chosen. Each suggestion comes with how to prepare it safely for a baby — how soft, how big, which shape — because "offer broccoli" is not the hard part.
A LIBRARY OF 100, NOT AN ENDLESS SCROLL
One hundred foods, chosen and finite. Fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, meat, fish, dairy, nuts and seeds. You can see the whole journey, and you can finish it.
TRACK THE NINE ALLERGEN GROUPS
Milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, gluten, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame. Record each one as you offer it, and keep a clear note of how your baby reacted. When someone asks what they have already had, you will have the answer.
NOTHING LEAVES THE PHONE
No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything is stored on your device and works with no signal at all — on a plane, at the cabin, at your in-laws'. Export a copy whenever you like.
MORE THAN ONE CHILD
Each child gets their own journey, their own record, their own progress.
100 BITES+
The free app gives you 30 foods and the daily suggestions. 100 Bites+ opens the full library of 100, the complete allergen record, multiple children, and picks personalized to your baby. Available as a yearly plan or a single one-time payment.
A NOTE ON SAFETY
100 Bites offers general guidance on introducing foods. It does not diagnose, prevent or treat allergies, and it is not medical advice. Every baby is different — talk to your pediatrician about yours.

What's New in 100 Bites
1.0.1
September 11, 2026
All 100 foods are now drawn by hand, one illustration each. Earlier versions borrowed system emoji, which meant foods like sweet potato and yam shared a single picture. Every food now looks like itself. New: a home screen widget. "Today's Bites" shows the three foods suggested for today, so you can check them at a glance without opening the app. Touch and hold your home screen, tap the plus button, then search for 100 Bites. This version needs iOS 16.4 or later.
