I absolutely love the game but when I go to download certain packs a sign comes up saying register over it and it completely freezes and I have to delete the app and download it. Please look into this thank you

This was a great game to play, until it started playing up
It works for a while then won’t let you join the words it’s very frustrating.
There is a puzzle on there now it won’t let me bring it up.
It says it needs downloading every time I try it closes the game.
I tried deleting it &reloading it but I just lost all my points.
Had to start again. Also the free hint button is useless, half the time it doesn’t work.
The whole game needs updating. Hence only 2stars.

I like this game the only problem is in the color pack when you swipe it won’t take very annoying it would be nice if you could fix the problem it will probably be in other packs to frustrating fix it please thank you still having problems keeps crashing sometimes it won’t swipe right now I can’t even get on very annoying I like this game please fix it very annoying hope you do something about it

Love this game! So addictive! Only issue is sometimes the screen freezes and you can’t highlight the word, but it comes good after a few seconds. Still play it tho, it’s worth the lag

Just updated this app again since the 10th.....description of update says brand new puzzles......only puzzles are Boxes and Drinks, which crash the app when I try to play. Where are all these new puzzles???
