The app works!
This app let me buy tickets with a foreign credit card. The tickets were not emailed to me, and did not appear when I entered my details. But when I tried to check the tickets again the next day, they appeared with the QR codes. This app is better than the website that didnt let me buy tickets!sgroey
Third time is a charm?
I tried to buy two tickets using the app but the first two times there was an error. I waited a few days to make sure my card wasn’t charged and then tried again and it worked! With the password I made I could easily view the tickets and I screen shot them just in case. I also received an email confirmation. Maybe the first two times were my error or maybe the app was malfunctioning?Show lessCherryBloom89

Not recommended for international travelers
If you don’t have Korean identification number, it’s almost impossible to use. If Korail wants to get recognition outside of Korea, they need to really invest in SW development. Well, I am not sure they even care though. I would give zero star if available for this garbage.dunga13
English version doesn’t work
Cannot get app to switch to English. Went to setting, selected English, confirmed switch, and screen went blank. When screen reappear, still in Korean.Jettsky
Worst train app in the world
It’s slow, clunky and even unfriendly to Korean users. Takes forever to load and send tickets and completely illogical. This is probably the worst travel train app ever made globally.

Don’t download unless you want to buy tickets you can’t access
One of the worst apps ever. Paid for my tickets, and they are not showing on the app/online, despite the tickets being purchased. The number provided for customer service also is useless, as no one ever picks up, I have be e trying for hours now. Such a terrible application, that refreshes the page once you’ve successfully bought a ticket, so you cannot even screenshot it, and then doesn’t show you any record of your ticket. I have lost out on money, and cannot get in contact with anyone from Korail. It’s absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. One of the worst apps/ train reservation systems I’ve used ever.Show lesspshah79
