DealCheck is THE app you need to do real estate analysis quickly and accurately. It makes calculating cap rate, rent to value, cash on cash a breeze, automatically importing rental and expense data from various sources. It’s always customizable to changing assumptions and scenarios. I also really like the comps features that show you at a glance how much similar properties in nearby areas have recently rented or sold for. Users get so much value and time saved for the price of a subscription. Thanks for developing such great software!

Simple, Intuitive and the best out there !!
For analyzing real estate deals there is simply nothing else that compares to this tool. The desktop and mobile version of the app is simple, easy and incredibly intuitive. They could improve it by adding better charting on projections and also some predictive analytics based on what if scenarios. Hands down 5 stars!!!

I wish there was a Canadian version though. I’m missing out on a lot of features only available in the U.S.
Great tool for making quick and dirty calculations.
I’ve been using this app for a few months now. It’s been great to quickly assess a property on the spot. I think the free version is good enough for the everyday investor but savvy ones would appreciate the paid features.

This is the best tool a new real estate investor can possibly use. It helps take all the major factors into account and crunches the numbers in really smart, but easy to understand ways. It’s helped me walk away from deals and helped me make a smart offer on a deal, as well. This is a gem!

Absolutely essential
If you learn by doing this app is your blueprint. I have ran countless simulations with it and have learnt more about my own investing goals and plans than I have from any other method. It is by far the most useful single tool I have come across, not only in starting a real estate deal, but in the entire spectrum of real estate investing as a whole. I would highly highly recommend it.

Rental Property Investor
Began investing in the rental market in 2010. Have done substantial reading in the “industry” and created my own spreadsheet. However, I was not as thorough as this app is and I am much more aware of all the points to consider when purchasing and effects upon financial decisions upon my properties rented. Still a little difficult to navigate. Thus holding it back from a five star rating.
