It works great at times but then it stops weighing and won’t connect to bluetooth. I read on a review that they had reminder alarms. Mine has never had an alarm go off. I wish they would work harder on getting the bugs fixed.TG5416
Doesn’t retain info after short-lived battery
The battery has been replaced all too many times than necessary. Like another user, after not using for a while, when I change the battery, the scale settings are not the same, changes from lbs. to kg, nor does my phone recognize and connect. I’m tired of dealing with the shenanigans of fixing a device and changing settings every time I use it... this is something that is suppose to be simple... TOTALLY NOTShow lessNanitasyrai
Bluetooth Bathroom scale

Doesn’t connect to app
When I first bought the scale I was able to connect to app. The battery died and I didn’t use the scale for a while. I replaced the battery and tried to use the app and it didn’t work, my past information was gone as well.
The scale does not even appear in my Bluetooth tab of the settings app.

Doesn’t connect to phone
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, with testing each time, the scale never connects to my phone.
Yes, Bluetooth is on for my phone, and other Bluetooth apps connect with no problem.Reviews By Some Guy
Not worth the money!
Bought this scale and was extremely excited about the weight tracker! Wasted my TIME and MONEY with this product! The scale work PERFECTLY, but the point of buying the scale was because of the weight tracker app! App doesn’t work! Bluetooth No Longer Connects
Can we get an update this century? The fact that you’d completely bail on a product far before the product becomes faulty. Bought a Bluetooth scale that was supposed to have a cool app for tracking. Instead I got a headache and an overpriced digital scale.Hfuygcu
