Doesn't work properly

Bluetooth fails
App makes scale just another scale. Bluetooth fails after one use. Have to reinstall to get it to work and you loose all your data. No tech support. GARBAGE.ERM emaron01
Doesn't save my weight

Tweak instructions
I love that it stores the time you weigh. Gives an audible reminder to save your weight which is important as the info clears after 6 seconds. Clarify the instructions on page 7 with the following and you may get less complaints about the app not working right: 1. app must be open before weighing, 2. stepping on scale activates Bluetooth connection to app, and 3. data clears from scale and app automatically after six seconds if not saved. Also, on the basic use instructions on page 3, refer users to page 7 for use with the app.Show lessMuchamom

Wrong BMI
BMI is calculated wrong for the second person. So, this app works great if there's only one user. It uses the height of the first user and disregard the height entered for the second person.meokittie
