Doesn’t work consistently
App would regularly get sync and server errors. The child device wouldn’t unlock when scheduled causing no end of troubleshooting. I eventually just removed the app and started using the Apple screen time solution. I canceled after two weeks and vendor wouldn’t provide refund because I used a coupon. Wow.Show lessshadtheshad

Horrible app. Doesn’t work. Awful customer service.
The vpn service that allows you to control your child’s device rarely connected and when it did, would slow down internet interactions to the point it was unusable. The app would never lock out the devices when daily screen limits were exceeded. Just a poor excuse for parental controls.
I was billed even after cancelling the service prior to the expiration of my trial period. I immediately reached out to the developer and was given the runaround. Suffice it to say it has been a month and a half and I don’t expect to get my money back from this sham company so I wanted to make it known to others to ensure no one else falls for this poor excuse of an app an companyShow lessGerardEstrada
Syncing problem
I had a horrible experience trying to use this app. Not sure if I can get a refund or not, but I sure would like to.stitchfan54
Great with a few issues.
This app is so helpful! It just has a few issues that COULD be fixed. Whenever my child presses the SOS alert button, the notification comes in 5 min. later. So it’s not that helpful. The app also glitches out the brings me back to the iPhone home page.(all of your apps). Over than that, app is wonderful!Show lessXx_Pixie_xX

Worst product
Myself like others have reported did not have a good experience. The app never worked even after paying for it. I went back and forth with customer service for a refund to no avail. The syncing was the biggest problem. The app would lose connection and therefore would not work as intended. After over a year I get an email telling me about renewing and even after multiple emails saying I was not interested, still am being sent more.
