Missing a order and they wont respond
I ordered 2 of the exact same items and the merchant sends them both at the same time with the same tracking number. When the order arrived i only received one item and when i go to track the other one it still say delivered since they both have the same tracking number . Im missing a item i feel i was cheated out of 45 dollars witch is the price for each item . I am very dissatisfied.

Delete account
So how can I delete my account. I have to make a new one because I used my nickname and I had my real name on my debit card. They told me they flagged my order cause the names were different. So how can I delete my account and make a new one?

My name Yolanda Grant and I couldn’t be more happier as I am with this app. It has changed my life. I love the sellers they have great customer service skills which is a plus in my book. They have great items and most of all great prices. Simply the best I have ran across yet and They have fast shipping I got my items in 1 business day Now that’s fast and I love it. The clothes Fit perfectly great quality. This is not my #1 shopping app and I can not wait to place my next order.

Worst support by far
I was selling on the platform for a year then I got a false claim for a custom that clearly didn’t Check her email for the tracking number for her item and said never shipped her or contacted her even though I called her and emailed her. Long story short I had the customer provided me with the proof that she got her item gave this information to the support item and the never fixed my account they don’t respond to emails and when they did I gave them everything they asked for and was told I would be able to sell again at the start of 2018 it’s a week before 2020 now so that shows how much they care about their sellers the worst

Know who to buy from
This app is legit if you know who to deal with on here and look at how many got it how many reviews they had be smart pay attention yes ytjey don’t necessarily have a direct line yet for help but they do message back on the app their customer services is on the app idk when they will do that but in all honesty I can tell you the man store is legit made a nice little order an it can in 3-4 days you just gotta look around

I recommend this app it's a very good app to buy items. The seller always answer your question immediately when you ask for some information and the items they're selling are very good and looks exactly as you see them in pictures. I love it!!

GOTit is one of the greatest apps I’ve ever come across!! Lots of great items to choose from from different stores, great customer service, great interaction from the ppl who run the stores, and super fast shipping. Money good but honestly scared to order
I read the reviews and a lot of my concerns are being talk about in your bad reviews like why don’t y’all have customer service line and why don’t the merchants have any contact number and not one person even message back about how this all works especially hearing about it on instagram makes it seem suspect off the jump so hopefully you all do something about this seriously I really wanna order from here just have to many concerns

Real review!!!!!
Ordered from this site about 6-7 times and received each order in perfect condition. Items look just like the pictures so I’m a happy customer. I would stay away from the super “bling bling” but the gold plated items I’ve ordered looks great.
