FLX points gone days before biggest drop of the year
I went to enter the raffle for the bred 4’s and all my 109k points were gone… I thought to update my app and there wasn’t even an update… So, I called to hopefully get my issue resolved before the raffle was over. I was told to update, delete and reinstall the app, change my password, try signing in with my browser, try logging in with the champs app, and even asked to download the kids footlocker app. Nothing worked! Not only was I on the phone with someone who acted as if his job was killing him, I was told that they would put in for an IT Ticket, whatever that is, which would take 1-2 weeks to process. That was on a Monday so I asked if they could put me in for the raffle just in case my points don’t get there in time and was told unfortunately no. I called today, Thursday and spoke with a woman who gave me an attitude and said there was nothing she could do and hopefully I get my points before the drop or oh well… I work so so so hard for my money and choose to spend it with this company, and I can’t get a fair chance on a raffle of the hottest sneaker of the year? I refuse to accept an oh well.. I know my couple hundred dollars I spend with yall every couple of months doesn’t mean anything but I’m no longer doing business with you guys ever in my life and I will spread the word to the millions of people I have connections to and urge them to do the same!Show lesswildboy sk
App Needs updates
First starting off, I have had an acc on this app for two years now and It still has not seem to change. I never really ordered or like the app for these reasons that It most definitely needs an update it always signed you out every time you close the app and it’s not easy access to log back in and you have to retype everything. It doesn’t save your info or have face ID connected and on top of that I also delete your cart so you have to re-find what you had in your cart. It’s just too much and you know I was manageable with these problems, but now I was trying to see the total cost of an item, and they told me to do like a verify robot thing and then it took me off the whole app I went back in and it said I was moving too fast like an online bot when it took me 2sec’s all I had to do was slide…Show lessdeasiahbestkis
Raffles are a no go, buggy/glitchy
If anyone other than myself can say the raffle loading screen / the waitlisted screen is buggy then please rate this app a 1 star so these guys that run footlocker, champs, eastbay can fix this problem. I’ve only won 2 pairs of releases so far and I have put in many releases for shoes. I do my best to be composed about this issue but it’s just ridiculous already. How are they a top selling shoe company but cannot fix a simple issue with this app. I mean come on all that money yet no regards of fixing this problem. The amount of times I refresh the screen to see the outcome after 2:30pm and waiting even before the raffle starts on the app and it’s already 6:32pm that I get a result of the raffle. How is that even fair or even acceptable? I sign out and sign back into my account and still nothing. Just the same “waitlisted” then I finally get the result of “sorry you didn’t win” result, all that time wasted and I’m a regular customer for in-store products. Please for God sake, if you employees at footlocker ever take the time to read reviews to better this app, please I beg of you, to fix this issue, get to the bottom of it. Cause then I gotta figure out a way to get these shoes I want to buy and it’s pretty pricey if you ask me cause these resellers price gouge the Empire State Building out these shoes sometimes.
