Our new design provides easier access to the features you use most while on the go. This includes the homepage, account and order information, your cart and the ability to browse and discover Amazon departments, products, programs, and features.
So I just wrote a long email, but it just like went away, but I’ll just explain again. I had to call three times each time I gave them my information and the second time I called I had to answer a series of Questions. They asked me a question whether I remembered if I had like what was last in my cart. And I answered to the best of my ability was in my safe for later because she said I could do that too. The test which was really dumb because I was spent like an hour trying to do this altogether just calling customer service and I only that was my second time calling. By this point, I was just upset because I failed the test over a silly question and that’s not really fair to me. Then I called for a third time and the lady said I had reached the limit that I could try and update my account and I have to WAIT A MONTH. I told her that that was insane just because I was trying to update an email which probably could’ve been done in 10 minutes for them, but they had to make it so much more difficult. In conclusion, their customer service is dumb so don’t get logged out like I did.
