This brand makes cool products, but their app/software is utter garbage. Practically useless.

This app is so cool I couldn’t afford led lights so I got this and the light bulb I love it so much it even has blue tooth led lights can’t do that 😌
Absolute Garbage App
Even the most basic things like setting a scene with the color wheel or loading a picture to reference for a scene are either impossible or so buggy as to be useless. Hasn’t been updated in forever. If you can buy any other smart lights, buy those instead. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.

Great lightbulb
I’ve had this light bulb since 2016, I’ve never had an issue connecting to the app via Bluetooth. It’s a very basic app, simple to use. It’s been packed up and moved 4+ times and has endured my clumsiness! No complaints from meeeee :))

Can’t discover my PlayBulb Comet LED light strip
I’ve tried connecting my PlayBulb Comet LED light strip to the app for an hour now with no luck. I’ve followed all the instructions I’ve found online and can’t seem to get the product to connect to the app. Therefore I have no way of changing the colors or effects that the light strip can’t do. Super disappointed.

If you’re interested in something that will make you want to pull your hair out, then this is the perfect app for you. So frustrating. Not worth my time. Just wanted some goddamn pretty lights.
