Reviews of iSmartAlarm

Waste of time and now useless cameras

This new updated app doesn’t work. Now I have 3 useless Spot+ cameras I’ve wasted my money on and one day I’ll never get back, doing supports instructions for app not adding cameras. It didn’t fix the app but did leave cameras completely dysfunctional.
Why did you do this iSmart tech peeps?

Cannot installed camera

This updated app is terrible to use, indicating things such as “help button on right corner” is not even there?! Cameras cannot be installed even after the camera says QR code has been scanned successfully and waiting for install. Avoid

Terrible App

This app seems to get worse over time. The status to the alarm is usually incorrect and it often reports the alarm in a Dusarmed state when the opposite is true. Accessing the arm and disarm functionality is not intuitive and clunky. The status of the various sensors is wrong. For example, I have a working motion sensor, but it is reported as offline. The degree of customisation has got less over time. The original app wasn’t great but it was a lot better than this rubbish. It is just terrible app.
