  • Overall Good Solid App

    This is a good, solid app overall providing the basic functionality to control and manage a security system. For me the bonus is integration with Lutron Caseta to turn lights on when an alarm event occurs. I do have (2) requests: 1. Would be nice to provide a hide option for the default scenes provided (Home, Sleep, Wake) as they cannot be deleted. The only scenes I want shown are Arm and two which I defined named Stay and Disarm. The others are clutter and never used. Would like to hide or delete. 2. When arming to STAY, options are presented for No Entry and Night Arm. My DSC Neo 2064 system is configured with several motion sensors as Night Mode. When arming to STAY with both these options selected only the Night Arm option is honored. That is, No Entry is ignored. I can accomplish this at a keypad by entering [* 9] so the system arms to STAY with No Entry and once armed enter [* 1] to Night Arm (2 step process). It should be noted if choosing a single option to arm with STAY it works fine. That is, just No Entry or just Night Arm but not both. Either fix this or gray one option out if the other is selected (mutually exclusive).

Get alerts when ur home is armed or disarmed , as well as by whom it was done. Turn your thermostat up or down, turn ur A/C to heat without having to get up from bed when u feel a lil chilly. Expecting a guest, monitor ur front door & driveway via our live video feed. Need to say something to someone just outside ur home, press the intercom button & profess ur mind. Set up geo fence to let u know when certain people have entered into close proximity with ur home. And so so much more…
  • Use someone other than adt.

    Adt is the worst customer service ever. From the moment of install all the way to now. I’ve had them about 2 months. Nothing but problems. The first installer showed up without cameras. The only thing I asked for. He showed up trying to sell me 6000 worth of equipment even after I expressed multiple times, I only want the cameras. He was here almost 10 hours and never installed a single camera. The second day. Had a new installer. He messed up my walls. Drill a hole in my ceiling. And now within the fist 60 days of service all 3 of my cameras have completely stopped working. They don’t answer the phone. Their call backs seem to only go straight to voice mail. 60 minute hold times. They are the worst customer service. To add. If this isn’t bad enough. The first installer left his notebook on our counter. While he was outside for hours. In this notebook was about 30 customers private information. He left me with unabated access to 30 people’s passwords, socials, email, phones, their private passwords for overrides and every single peice of equipment he installed and where it was installed. This company is in charge of security??? If I were the wrong person I could have taken down all this information and used it for obvious advantages. I do not recommend adt. I’m ready to find a new server. .
