I've downloaded a few apps looking for a simple, yet effective and efficient work schedule. My schedule is all over the place on a weekly basis and other apps make it difficult to keep track of an ever-changing shift range. This app is just plain ole' good. I have the free version and it does exactly what I need it to do without ads or other useless gimmicks. I also really like that it shows your est. earnings and if you open the app during a shift, it will show you how and est. of how much your earning each second. You can add multiple jobs/multiple shifts for the same day.
To make a long story short, this is def the app for you if you're looking for a simple and effective schedule keeping app. Good job, creators!!

Inaccurate calculations
I really was starting to enjoy the app. I’m transitioning from a paper world of organization to a digital one. For time keeping purposes - This did that. Where my problem arose was the accuracy in gross pay calculations. The fact that the app offered gross pay calculations was a plus , but it isn’t accurate when I get my checks. It’s constantly off which threw me off and added time that I would have to recalculate and write out my time and earnings.Show lessC00KiE_17
PLEASE ADD FEATURE TO MANAGE JOBS
I love the app, have been using for over a year to schedule and pay caregivers for my mom , BUT I really wish you would add a feature to the manage jobs such that one can make an employee inactive. I don’t want to delete them because at the end of year when I want to calculate total paid out for the year I need their wages included. Also it would be nice if one could change the order in which the jobs appear so that I don’t have to scroll through all the past employees to get to the current ones.Show lesscatsway
Keeps me on track
I’m a healthcare worker and have many different positions, and a couple different employers. This app keeps me on track with what location and hours that I’m working. As well as the ability to put notes in for appointments so I don’t miss anything. I’ve been using it for probably close to 5 years and love it. Life Saver
This app is absolutely awesome, I’ve used it since 2018 to track my hours for the different jobs I’ve worked at. I really like all the updates that have been released, especially with 3.2 because I can now track my hours on the Home Screen. If I had one negative thing about this app would be when trying to calculate hours, the current day and the “weekends” are the same color. It’s hard to tell what day it is when calculating hours. But other than that you guys have really outdone yourselves with this life saving app!!Show lessJarvington
It works great for me!
I use the app just so I have a clear image and understanding of my work weeks. It works amazing for me! It’s very easy to use and there’s plenty of simple customizations to use that make it visually comprehensive at a glance.
If you’re someone who’s expecting them to have all the fancy tricks and options, then you’ll just have to get a different app or cough up a measly $10 for an entire year for pro. The app itself works great and doesn’t have any technical issues, so if you don’t like how simple it is as a free app, then just find an app that works better for your desires.Show lessthisnicknamethingisstupid0161
Love the repeat schedule option
I love how easy it is to schedule large amounts of people, and the option to repeat their schedule for the week/month. I just wish I could delete an employee out of my “roster” without deleting their entire work history. Like if I could mute them for awhile. It would make scheduling quickerLindsluc
Way better than my job’s default app
This app is almost perfect for me. If I was only keeping track of one person’s schedule I’d say it IS perfect. It’s a little annoying to get my schedule on one app and have to look back and forth to manually enter it but it only takes like 5 minutes so it’s a small price to pay to get both me and my brother’s schedule in one place with the ability to add notes.
The only thing that kinda bugs me about this app that would be a super easy fix is that there doesn’t seem to be any hard rules about who’s schedule gets placed above and below the other. I always like to have mine on top and my brother’s below mine, and I can get it right how I want it, but they will randomly switch places when I open back up the app. I have my color as blue and his as red so this hasn’t led me to confuse anything- it’s just a cosmetic thing that I’m not sure why it happens.
Additionally I LOVE the 2x4 widget on my homepage. The only issue is that when I have both our schedules AND a note that I want to have for that day, the widget won’t show me the bottom part- usually being my brother’s schedule. I need to go back into the app to see it. If there’s a way to fix that it would awesome.Show lessCrispyBacon01
Surprisingly helpful
This actually turned out to be a lot more helpful than I initially thought it was going to be in terms of features in the app. I think it’s cool that as you’re working it literally tells you how you are getting paid as the time goes by. I love how it can calculate the time and pay and just everything I wasn’t expecting that I just thought I was getting a ordinary calendar.Show lessllamasaalot

I like this app a lot and it helps me stay organized with my work schedule. I do wish that my boss could get the app and then it would link our calendars on the app, so she can see all of my hours and the amount she needs to pay me. Rather than having to forward the pdf each time that just show which times i worked.Show lessWeezer123456789
