Just leads to website
This app is still pointless. Just leads you to the website and serves no other function that I am aware of.
Not an App, Just a Shortcut
The app functions as nothing more than a shortcut icon, redirecting to a phone’s browser to accomplish much of anything.
Disappointed
My church moved to this platform during The COVID 19 pandemic. I was excited to find the app but later realized its only function was to take you to the website to sign in. I hope the developers add features like allowing users to complete donations on the app and also enable functions like FaceID login. At the moment the only benefit is it prevents me from having to bookmark or create a favorite for the website.

What? This Isn’t an App
How this ‘app’ made it past Apple app criteria is beyond me.
I like the thought of electronic church funding.
But, this “app” needs to programmed.
Missing-being an actual app, not redirected to website, secured, variety of financial functionality. Basically, this needs to brought out of the 80’s into today’s tech world. Sorry.

Not an app
I hate to say it, but this app is not really an app. All it does is take you to web pages.
It’s just sends me to the website..
I have to agree with others in that it seems to only act as a link to bounce me to the website
Needs more development
I like the concept of egiving and setting up recurring donations, but this platform is still in need of some development. The app is largely just a page with links to the website. One click on the app and you get taken to Safari. It would be nice if you could stay within the app while editing your FaithDirect account. Hopefully the app developer(s) will take this into consideration for future app updates.

The “App” is just two buttons that link to their website, with a pretty background image. It doesn’t save your login or anything else.
I don’t have a browser on my phone, so this thing is 100% useless to me.
If I did have a browser, I would just log on there instead of wasting time opening this app first.

Login feature for TouchID
It would be great to have this as an app so one could enable it to use TouchID to login. There are times when a special collection is being done and I would love to pop open the app and donate to my church at that moment very quickly. Currently, it seems the paste functionality for the password field does not work and while I am quietly and trying to be discreet in donating, when I have to type in my username and password, it gives the impression to other members as if I am texting. Please make this an app that we can save our login name and use TouchID as an option to typing our password. Thank you.
