Making payments seems impossible
Your site is extremely hard to navigate. I spend a lot of time trying to transfer money from my bank to my loan to make my monthly payment. I have tried setting up payments and even have linked the two banks . But I still cannot get the money transferred. It shows my linked bank but cannot do anything with it . I would love to set up automatic payments but cannot find a area to do that . Calling the bank is a waste of my time, the guy said your just not in the right area. And would not help get me to the right area. When you sign in there is no place to transfer money from my bank or anyplace I can pss as y my payment with my other bank card .
