Best Bank EVER!
I have been with TDECU for a long while and I can’t imagine banking with any other bank/credit union or any other financial institution. I have recommended TDECU to my family and friends and have succeeded getting many to follow my decision to go and stay with TDECU. The app is a BONUS! I can always have my account questions answered at my fingertips. My favorite option is the mobile banking! Seamless banking at my fingertips for every need I have. Love that I can look any day, night or time to check the activity on my account. Transferring money between accounts is so easy and saves me so much time by not having to go to the bank since I live in a different town. My biggest complaint that I have not figured out how to deal with yet is the line up of all the accounts I keep access to. I liked the lineup I had where the accounts that were most active were listed first in the order I chose. Now they seem to hop around and never in the order I prefer. Don’t see a way to manually change the order or how to keep the order from changing.Show lessIf it ain’t broke, break it. Resolve and repeat. IT mantra
Through years of changes, the app works basically the same. The best new feature is Zelle. To those reporting problems making credit card payments, skip the Payment “feature” and do it through Transfers. That has worked flawlessly for years. I used the Payment feature once and I’ll never use it again. Annoying new message harassing me for a secure phone number. Both my phone number and email are already in the system. If this was the same app as 10 years ago with very minor changes, such as Zelle, I’d be just fine with it. Please, make your security changes behind the scenes, transparent to the users. Focus on central bank security, that’s what hackers want—all the money in the bank—not just my money!Show less
