  • “A total mess”

    I’ve been a client for quite a number of years & the JSC FCU App was so simple to do whatever I needed to do, now, especially having an older iPhone, forget it, I constantly have to be going for help @ the branch in my neighborhood. What is it exactly, that you were trying to do ? The old procedure was fine. Why mess with it ??? Put it back in place, is what you should do, that’s if you really give a damm, what we your clients really care about & want !

  • App Crashes constantly

    I have a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max with no issues handling payments, or anything else on any other app. As soon as I go to change my password on this app, though, it constantly crashes, preventing my payment from going through.

    The app will also make you completely re-log into your account if you just slightly back out of the page, ruining whatever progress you had trying to type in bank information, how does Wellby expect me to remember 4 -10 digit numbers to type in without looking!!! The app drives me insane and this is why I am here, please fix it.

  • Removing changing accounts

    There’s options for adding account directly from the mobile app, but there’s no place to delete a account. Why does this require printing out a form and mailing it back?
