I really don’t think you need to have so many Ads!!!!
I love this game but I hate it at the same time because of the amount of ads!
I also found that the game freezes a lot, especially when you’re about to win!!!
The game itself is awesome but the freezing up and the ads take away the joy

Way too many Ads!
I really love this game, but often I have to suffer through SO many Ads to keep playing that I wonder if it's worth it.
The most frustrating part is that I usually CHOOSE to watch the ads offered to get extra moves or the Event Snowflakes each week....and then immediately they are popping up MORE ADS that I didn't choose to watch!!
If they offered a paid version of this game with No Ads, I would probably just buy it.

I like playing each level a challenge each time.
I would give it more stars but …
I would give it more stars but it’s glitchy sometimes during gameplay if you use bonuses it freezes up! And it takes an inordinate amount of time to get to the games when a person has to “clear” a number (6-12) advertisements to actually get to the game. Sometimes by the time I get to the game I have run out of time to play.
Support is, for the most part, nonexistent!

Please add more levels.
Please add more levels..have played this game for many years but now am finding I can’t go any further as you keep saying new levels are coming soon...It takes a long time for new levels to be added,, What is the problem with new levels being added..Am on level 1600 for many weeks ...I can,t go further as you keep stating new levels coming soon.. Love this game but it is annoying when it can,t be played because there is no further levels..Please fix"......

I wish my rating was higher.
I also agree with others that we enjoy playing this game. My problem is that I make it through a level and have to wait for months for a new level. On top of that, you take away the most fun games, and then I am stuck playing games I don’t enjoy. Please don’t take them away if you can’t provide new levels.

Love this game!
Normally, I would rate this game 3. I came to the end and have been waiting for it to continue , but, I got a new phone and it started me back to beginning. I’m enjoying it so much. Still freezes up when I use gems to continue. But, THANK YOU, for giving us all that free time to play. Being stuck at home is not fun, but being able to play without having to wait to recoup lives was wonderful. So, 5 stars.
