Every day you can earn bonuses by watching up to 4 adverts. This was not enough for these greedy makers. So, they introduced a new idea.
They now force you to watch ads when you start or re-start a level. Ah, but you can stop these ads by making ANY purchase from the Gem Store. Totally fed-up with all these extra ads I did just that. At the start of the very next level? An advert. I’ve just spent real money from my bank and still this stealing bunch of thieves break their promise and keep showing me ads.
In addition to this, as you play each level you earn stars. These add up throughout each week and earn you rewards. Until, that is, you take too long to solve a level. Then the stars STOP. The makers want you to use the rewards that you’ve earned or gems that you’ve paid for to break the deadlock. The only problem is that it’s their anti-player algorithm is what’s stopping you from winning in the first place.
I’m fed up and after 3+ years of playing I’m deleting this game.

Latest update lies about ads
Do not install latest update. It does not disclose a new ‘feature’ where ads appear between games. And despite your sound settings ( ie no sound in game) the ads still yell at you. A message says to buy gems to stop ads. Its a lie. You buy gems and you still get the ads. Deceptive approach by Storm 8. Shameful.

Too hard without purchase
I can’t get past the mid thirties level, it’s too hard and I keep running out of moves then lives. Don’t want to purchase. A chance to win a cumulative daily prize would be good. Deleting now as too frustrating.
Suggestion
Make it so you have the choice either to repeat the level or go to the next one if you have less then three stars
Like it but it has flaws
I’m only rating 3 stars as every time I try to earn more moves it never works, what’s the point of having this available if it doesn’t work??
Can’t earn snowflakes anymore
Used to love this game am well into the 1000’s but for some reason no longer lets me earn snowflakes/extra moves
No hand off on iOS. Too many ads/UPDATED
This is the third time that I’ve started Frozen Frenzy over! I started this game right when it launched. Had to wait for new episodes to be developed. New phone, did not transfer my progress in Game Center. Started over...just upgraded my phone and AGAIN, had to start all over!! All my other Storm 8 games transfer with no problem. Now, after starting over for a third time, I now have all these freaking ads!!! Come on!!! I’ve been loyal from day one, I don’t think I need to be seeing all these ads. What about the purchases I made prior?
Update. Since writing this review, Storm 8 fixed my problems!! I no longer have the ads. I didn’t regain my previous progress, but I’m really happy with the “fix”!! Thank you!!

Things need to be fixed
Love this game! But hate that you have to wait on extra things to help you! Plus you almost to next level to get extras and than they won’t give them to you! I do not purchase anything because last time I did wasn’t able to use them all! Over all game is very addictive!!
Has Issues
Many times I make a major move which will win the level and it kicks me out of the game. I not only have to replay the level but I lose a life. Keep thinking there will be a bug fix, but it has been happening for a long time.
Brilliant
Excellent game. Been playing for years. I go back and play the levels I liked over and over again. The best.
