I used to like this game
This has been one of my favorite games for years. Not any more. Not since they started inserting ads right in the middle of the play! Sure it’s only a match 3, but having an ad unexpectedly pop up in the middle of play destroys your concentration. And how do you get rid of these annoying ads, you ask? Buy something from the gems store. That’s right: you now have to pay for something that was free a few short days ago. I am not happy. I may not play this anymore.Show lessIAGram
Fun game but ...
The game is fun but it has a ton of advertisements and video ads that you have to watch. It gives you an option to make a gem store purchase to remove them but don’t waste your money, It doesn’t remove the ads. I’ve contacted support and provided them with my purchase receipt and they told me to restart my device. After that failed they told me sorry, they have limited support services for this game and closed my ticket.Show lessgregx123456
WAY TO MANY ADDS!!!!!!!!
I’ve played this game for over 4 years. I changed phones and had to start all over. Ok, dumb but whatever. Then it says to stop adds, make a purchase. Ok, well I guess I’ll do that. Update the game and now I have so many adds, it actually ruins the game play. To start the game I just had 12 adds before I could even play 1 round. Then I play once and 2 more adds. I used to enjoy this game. It didn’t carry over my progress or my purchase. Now I play hit the exit button instead of the game.

I used to like this game, despite the problems (gems “stuck” in middle of board, view doesn’t refresh—costs a life when I have to restart, etc.). But now I must close FOURTEEN pop-ups before I can play?! Sore, but I’m done with this game and will not install any more by this developer.TiredOfMarriott
Too many adverts
I am at level 585. It was fun until recently when I now have to watch an ad between every single level I play. Also on initially opening the game to play now 15 adverts to cancel before I can begin to play unless I purchase something to cancel the ads for good. I have in the past purchased items so why do I have to do it again. Totally spoiled the gameShow lessMiss2ook
Ads make it unplayable
They have ruined a good game with adverts. I just counted 15 pop up adverts just opening the game. What a shame I was enjoying it but there are other games very similar don’t need to put up with it or being blackmailed being forced to buy stuff to stop the onslaught of adsShinee71
What's with the adverts???????
Guys! I've been playing this game for years, and have loved it-until now, all of a sudden, adverts pop up half way through the game, 9/10 times when the advert finishes, the game crashes and you loose everything!

Buyer beware: They take your money and give you nothing!
Game was fine for a few weeks now there are so many ads you can barely play. They have a popup that claims making any purchase will remove the ads between plays.
I caved and spent 99¢ so the ads would go away. NOTHING CHANGED.
I got the popup again and nowhere did it specify what you had to spend in order to get the ads removed - just a purchase from the in-app store.
I tried to contact customer service for the app and instead get a response that my ticket was automatically closed since they cannot support this app.
This is FRAUD! I’m going to report this app however I can. Deleted it and other apps from the developer immediately.Show lessgrrreatk8
Can’t remove ads
I love this game, and have played it for years. Last year I made a purchase to stop the ads popping up, as they interrupted game play. Randomly, recently, the pop-up ads have reappeared. So I followed the game advice (again) and made a (further) purchase to remove the ads. It didn’t work. I feel very let down and have spent real money on the basis of a promise that turned out to be false. It may just be a glitch in the game that an update could solve, but at the moment, I’m really disappointedShow lessBohbob;£/);£/£(72
Ads, Ads, Ads
Every day you can earn bonuses by watching up to 4 adverts. This was not enough for these greedy makers. So, they introduced a new idea.
They now force you to watch ads when you start or re-start a level. Ah, but you can stop these ads by making ANY purchase from the Gem Store. Totally fed-up with all these extra ads I did just that. At the start of the very next level? An advert. I’ve just spent real money from my bank and still this stealing bunch of thieves break their promise and keep showing me ads.
In addition to this, as you play each level you earn stars. These add up throughout each week and earn you rewards. Until, that is, you take too long to solve a level. Then the stars STOP. The makers want you to use the rewards that you’ve earned or gems that you’ve paid for to break the deadlock. The only problem is that it’s their anti-player algorithm is what’s stopping you from winning in the first place.
I’m fed up and after 3+ years of playing I’m deleting this game.Show lesslondon_e3
