So many updates but still so many issues
Constantly has updates but nothing changes always seems to be down just like the website so you end up having to call your local store to book appointments*Jazzy*2605*
Room for improvement
Rated 4* because the app is easy to use, it stays logged in (looks like this was an issue in the last) and I can easily see when there are appointments available, and book.
The app design is old and outdated, I look forward to seeing when they make the app modern and increase capabilities.Kellykegz

Saving preferences on the shop most used
Also showing how many beds available for each slot. This is a pain when trying to book the same time for myself and partner, it’s hit and miss if we get two beds at any given time.

Booking system is abismal
The app is so outdated. Needs a design and dev overhaul. The website is continually down which means there is only the app to use to book but over the last few months it’s been hard to make any bookings due to the constant loading of the bookings page.
Not to mention the still problematic need to login at every visit.
At this rate, it’s probably better to buy your own bed.Show lessashcrayon

It isn’t really an App. It just a landing screen which takes you to an inbuilt online platform where you have to login EACH AND EVERYTIME!Rossywossy
Some improvements as a regular user of the app
Good app which is easy to use, but I think it could be better with some minor improvements….
- GETTING LOGGED OUT: your logged out all the time, so you have to enter full email address and password every time you want to use the app. If it can’t keep us logged in, can we at least have the app pre-populate these fields?
- FAVOURITE SHOP: Would also be great if your most used/local tanning shop had the option to be saved as a favourite so we didn’t have to physically search each time when wanting to book an appointment

Easy app to use however annoying every time you want to book an appointment you need to log in full email and password. Would be helpful if this was kept logged in on the app especially if using a couple times a weekfhdosnsns
Useless
FFS guys. It cannot be that hard to create an app where you stay logged in or can click ‘remember me’ so I don’t have to put my email & password in every time. Also why do I get an offer via email of a discount on a package, I load up the app or website only to find it wants to charge me full price so I have to phone the shop to get the discounted price. Is anyone reading these reviews and wondering why you only have 2/5 stars? Disgraceful. Sort it out.Show lesselang79
