Why does this app log you out every time you chose on option from the menu???
Really annoying app, I prefer just to give them a call to book an appointment instead of getting angry every time I just want to do simple things... any chance you can release an update?Csaba guj

awful App
Can’t register on the app and can’t make bookings. Most useless app I’ve ever downloaded on to my phone. Come on tanning shop - have a word with your developers - this is absolutely poor for such a large franchise.tarantism180

Awful app. Would be great if my login would actual load....I could be waiting for the whole year, even then it probably hasn’t finished loading! Tried on numerous occasions. Absolutely pointless app!Gem No Usernames!
The App
In principle it’s a good idea however needs updating and modernising. Would be nice to access and load minutes. Would be nice to book online on Sunday’s. Would be nice to view our accounts and update our details as and when. Would be nice to have the information of the sun beds and to buy lotion on the actual app.

Doesn’t save your login, doesn’t have an area to check your balance when you’ve bought a 100 minute package. Even has a button saying “download our app” IN the app! Basically just copied from the website. Incredibly lazy design and missing a bunch of features. Don’t bother downloading it, I’ve had it for a day and am deleting already.Show lesspwlldvsbj

The in app notification to download the app was an error which has since been rectified. We are working on a new feature to track & add minutes so keep an eye out!. The app also has many other features such as exclusive offers, useful store finder, & an online store, and a latest news section all direct from the app.Not good enough

The app itself works well but is more of an information app. When you want to do certain things, it just takes you to the webpage. Makes the app pointless really.Carolann160
