  • Issues with the app. Please fix!

    1) The app crashes when I go to put a name in for my schedule.

    2) I have an air handler that does not run much during the "shoulder" seasons. It should have a run fan at least (X) min per hour option to have more even temperatures.

    3) Is there any way to turn off the sound to the thermostat when adjustments are made?

  • Latest update broke schedule feature

    The latest update which was supposed to make scheduling better actually made it worse. The schedules I had set for my Pioneer mini split were working fine but I wanted to edit the names. Since scheduling had just been improved, I thought, why not delete my current schedules and do new ones. Bad move! After entering the schedule info and hitting save the app crashes. Restarting the app and restarting the iPhone are no help. Deleting the unit and re-adding it also did not help. Have yet to try completely deleting the app and redownloading. Please fix the scheduling feature!

  • You will want to get this

    I was starting to hate my mini split, it came with the Alexa drive and just was terrible. It wasn’t easy to get (seemed to have been sold out all over) but when I was able to get my hands on the google compatible usb plug I jumped on it and am thankful I will never need to use a physical remote again. Now I can order my digital servant to control the temp in my place and the remote will forever be in that drawer that I always forget about.
