App is terrible. Customer service worse
App doesn’t let you upload picture documents. “Server error please try again” comes up every-time. Calling or emailing will waste hours of your time as you are getting passed around and never getting answers.

Cannot Get Login Details
Broken App/Website. To log in you need to submit name etc., result: server error. No way to use app.

I have not been able to login for a month since the latest update.
Stopped working on iPhone 6s
The app used to work fine, but since probably the last update it stopped working. Once I do login, it does not go further and gets stuck in the welcome page. Web site works. So useless update on something that used to work.

overall a handy app for instant claims, it did work but stopped after the last apple update to the iphone X. app needs to be updated to work
