Charge for no service?
If the service has been dropped from Apple Store, why it continues to charge me on renewal of subscription?

This app does not work very well when accessing other apps like BBCiplayer or Sky! They still can see that you are not it the UK and block access.

Good VPN
I have been using this VPN for the last 8 years without any major issues. Once in a while it disconnects but over-ally it’s good.
The support team has also been helpful when I contact them for support. Unfortunately, for the last 5 days I have not been able to connect to any of the servers… while in China. I also contacted the support team twice but to no avail.

Stuck at boot page forever
I paid but I cannot get the service
The app simply stuck at the boot page 98% time when I open the app. And most severs are unreachable most the time. And they wouldn’t refund me

For the last 4 months , the app stuck at logo and doesn’t work look like stuck, I removed it many times even thought my subscription ends in July 2021
