  • Pleasant sunny opener

If, like me, you’re a fan of Myst, Riven etc, you’ll like the graphics and the serene sunlit world you move around in here.
However this opener is no more than a taster really. It is very simple in its gameplay and so I would hope for more complexity in subsequent games.
As for the controls, they’re similar to Xbox etc and just need a little getting used to. I recommend setting them on the slowest speed if you’re having trouble. Also try reversing the X and Y axes for the look function which I always have to do 😀

  • 1st Download DOA. Needed 2nd .

Installed on iPad 10 it was DOA on first download. Now working, I can see where this is Myst/Riven “inspired”. However, a little instruction on how touchscreen movements are controlled would be nice. It took me a while to find how to move and pan. Not having advanced much into the game, I’m not sure with what other actions I might encounter difficulties. With that rocky start, I’ll reserve further review until played. 😏

It would seem one of the puzzles in this game is getting to move and view the environment in a predictable and dependable manner. It might certainly make the game more enjoyable. I have to down grade the rating for the high level of frustration in trying to move and look about. Lastly, the graphics don’t run with Apple airplay, but then again, that’s probably nit-picking.

  • YESSS!!!

I started out with the initial free game, and then saw several reviewers note that these paid versions are longer, so I decided to give it a try, as I really enjoyed the freebie immensely. Now I am already on Chapter 3 and enjoying every moment of this journey so far! I consider myself to be a “graphics snob,” so I appreciate the beautiful graphics and attention to detail in these games very much. I also love that we are forced to explore every since nook and cranny of this strange world, looking for artifacts needed for game play.

I also appreciate the complexity level of the puzzles. It’s not TOO hard, but hard enough that I did have to seek out some clues on a few occasions, and each game (so far) has given me more than a day of game play.

I will be recommending this game to everyone for sure, and I don’t recommend many games! This rises to the level of The Taos Principal, The Room series, and House of DaVinci. Bravo! Well done, and please make more!

  • Controls

Controlling your movement is so difficult it distracts from the game
  • Very enjoyable gameplay

I love the 3D design of this game. It’s easy to control and move around. The puzzles are not that hard but make you think.
  • Enjoyable!

Relaxing exploring, no stress, enjoyable game that I recommend. Well made sir!
  • Awesome game

I love it it looks so cool everyone should play this app only thing is it should be longer
  • This series is brilliant

Fluid controls, great puzzles I can’t recommend this series highly enough! This first game is short but the sequels are satisfyingly long.
  • I've been looking for this game

Episode one was a little short but exactly the enjoyable type of game I've spent a bit of time looking for. I love being able to maneuver through a landscape fairly freely in pursuit of the goal, which is challenging but not so difficult, and lots of fun.

I encourage people to give this game a try. Episode one is free. The next episodes do cost you, but not very much, and I've been told they're somewhat more of a challenge.

Thanks developer! This game had no bugs and never crashed!

  • Puzzled

Great puzzle game with the silent eerie quality similar to Myst. Only complaint is the controls. On iPad there were times when curser went to spinning non stop. Hard to stop and get control again. Tunnels are a bit dark too, hard to navigate. Otherwise, a pleasure.
