Poor Service
I wish I can give 0 start. Poor company. If you place order they will cancel order on whim. I ordered amlodipine with proper prescription for my dad. They cancelled ordere after week or so. Meanwhile my father ran out of the medicaiton and skipped it and his blood pressure went up to hypertensive urgency level. Fortunatly he was able to go and get medication from local pharmacy. Prescription getting blur on upload
I am uploading clear prescription but upon upload image is getting blur automatically. This is major issue in app . My order is cancelled due to this so frustratingsoni776
Missing Delivery and zero refunds
They could not deliver an order and have no way of showing return status. Customer support is non existent. You have to write a claim and wait for eternity. Government departments work better than then. Totally fraudulent practices. Just deleted the darn app and never again.SG042619

Why Medicines are delivered in multiple orders
I placed order for my dad's medicine almost 3 times till now and every time the deliveries were made over 3-4 days each medine was delivered separately. I really dont like thisTukaram111

Best Price is misleading
The best price quoted on all products is not applicable even when the total order value exceeds the one mentioned on the product to get the best price. I wrote to the customer care several times regarding this issue, however, each time they just directed me to the current offers page instead of actually addressing this issue. Medicines not delivered on time. Customer care is always busy or doesn’t recognise options selected on IVR. Chat bot also useless. Wouldn’t recommend using this.#Poorcountry
No support and worst online pharmacy
