I have already submitted a photocopy of the valid prescription attached with the order but the order got cancelled after waiting for over a week. The image quality gets reduced when I upload it to the app. I don't know if that is the reason why they could not process it.
I also send the prescription by email and tried to reach out to them multiple times but never got a response back. I have a open ticket (Ticket No:6209257664) which was never responded to. This is totally unacceptable behavior and the worst customer service one can provide.Show lesssag—nik

Do not buy medecine from Netmeds as the delivery takes time, there is no a real support. better walk to your local pharmacies and get tour medecines much faster. Medecine should be the priority of delivery executives. I have wasted my time for nothing. I would have give -1 star if I could.xn0t

Ordered 2 times and every time it took more than 7 days for them to deliver prescription medicine and customer service is even worse than their delivery time.
