  • Good app

If you see issues within the city you can use this app to report the issue and someone will respond back to you
Everyone should have this app if you live in Gainesville
  • Excellent tool for improving life in G’ville

Excellent service. A complaint here is addressed within 24 hours and usually with at least one phone call in addition to email. They will forward the message to the corresponding agency if the problem falls under the purview of another agency. In my experience the forwarded agency also solves the problem, though more slowly than the City. Don’t worry about excessive contact: they ask you if you want to talk. Don’t hesitate to download this tool! If you see a problem, you can help everyone by reporting it on the app. The version in Spanish is also excellent and people will respond to you in Spanish, though it may take slightly more time. (La versión en español es también excelente, aunque puede que se tarden un poquito más para responder.) Full disclosure: I don’t work for the city or county, nor do I have family members who do. I wasn’t paid to write this review. I just think it’s an amazing app.

  • Useful and gets response

I’ve used it successfully for years along with the previous version 311. It’s good because the correct gov’t office will see it and follow thru.
