Worst of all, they do not track where they said it would. I contacted them repeatedly, now my iOS app isn’t supported either. I wonder if they did so on purpose to avoid the refund that I requested?
Bad customer service. They don’t respond.

In fact I’ve been on a landline call with my relative & had it indicating that they had left the geofence zone & were a good km away?!
But big picture - this device does the job for a person with dementia who wanders. I does accurately track him when I use the preset intervals & locates him when I ping him.
The other good thing is the battery life - I live out of town & so can easily go for a couple of weeks before having to recharge. It’s small enough to be innocuous on his keys that he carries everywhere.
And I’ve had excellent customer service so far.
But for sure improvements are necessary.
